Chantilly Swans Class

In this class, you will learn now to make a simple and elegant treat, pâte à choux swans filled with Chantilly whipped cream.  You will learn how to make a pâte à choux dough.  I will teach you piping techniques for the body and neck of the swans. I will demonstrate the Chantilly whipped cream to fill the swans and a raspberry coulis to decorate the plate.  And, of course, you will get to eat your creations once they are done.
