About Me

Cecilia's Pastries is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Pastry Chef Cecilia Mercante was born and raised in France.  She studied Pastries and Bread making at the Institut National de la Boulangerie Patisserie in Rouen, Normandie France.  She specializes in macarons and authentic French Pastries.  She also teaches French Pastry and French Cooking classes to small groups (max. 4 people) in her licensed commercial kitchen.
