French Pastry Classes


My Pastry Classes are designed for people who want to be able to cook and bake well for themselves and their family and friends.  My philosophy is to teach French cooking in a way and with tools that are locally available.  My classes are hands-on with a small group (3 to 4 people) so you receive individual attention.    I will first demonstrate the recipe, and then I will guide you through the process of making it yourself.   For most classes, the goal is to make a treat to take home to share.  For a few classes, when everything has been prepared, we will sit down as a group and enjoy what you have cooked. 

My classes are held in my commercial kitchen, which is attached to my home.  You can get directions by clicking here.

For the classes, I will provide all the equipment and ingredients.  You should bring an apron and containers to take home any leftovers.

If you have a group of about 4 people, you can schedule a special class just for your group.  Please use the Contact Me form to schedule a special class.

My available classes are listed below.  If a class is marked "Sold Out", it's either because it's scheduled and is sold out OR I don't have that class scheduled in the near future.  If you are interested in taking a class that isn't currently scheduled, please Contact Me, and I'll work with you to get the class on my schedule.
