Pastry Chef Cecilia Mercante (Cecilia’s Pastries) and Chef Eve Aronoff (Frita Batidos, eve the restaurant) have joined together to create a number of intimate gourmet cooking classes. The classes will be a unique opportunity to learn from two local chefs with extensive international training and experience in the culinary arts.
Eve and Cecilia will demonstrate how to prepare exquisite dishes and desserts using locally available ingredients. The class will include some hands-on opportunities to practice important techniques so you will be successful when you try the recipes on your own at home.
Classes take place in the kitchen of Cecilia’s Pastries. Class sizes are small (8 maximum) to give all students an opportunity to talk with the chefs, ask questions, and participate in preparing the meal. Once each course is ready, you will be invited to have a seat and savor the fruits of your collaboration.
Classes are priced individually. Each class is intended to provide a unique learning and cooking experience.
