Seafood Dinner Class

In this hands-on class, I will teach you to make a complete meal using some of my favorite seafood.

For appetizer, you will learn to make scallops with white wine sauce.  The main course will be a papillote of salmon (salmon cooked in parchment)  seasoned with vanilla infused olive oil with a side of seasonal vegetables.  Dessert will be a cake with a fresh fruit coulis.   I will demonstrate each recipe, and then you will prepare it.  After each course is cooked, you will get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

There is a limit of 6 people for this class.

Class fee: $100 per person
