My Classes for Amateurs are designed to be a fun, hands-on learning experience for people who want to learn how to successfully cook French food and pastries for their family and friends. Class sizes are kept small so I can give you individual attention to help you master the skills involved. My Classes for Professionals are day-long, one-on-one classes for professional chefs and pastry chefs who would like to learn the recipes and techniques of French Pastries to use in their business. Chef Eve Aronoff and I have developed a series of gourmet cooking classes – Tete-a-Tete: Cooking with Cecilia and Eve. These are primarily demonstration classes where we prepare a full meal including appetizer, main course, and dessert for a small group.
