I will be at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market this weekend. I plan to bring:
- Macarons – jasmine, pistachio, white chocolate with lemon, and orange blossom
- Boxes with a variety of cookies
- Almond cream tarts – pear, apple, raspberry, blueberry
- Chocolate mousse
- Swans – filled with mousseline cream. each box has one vanilla and one chocolate swan
We will NOT be at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market this weekend. We plan to be back next week.
This week, I plan to bring:
- Macarons – raspberry, matcha (green) tea, and vanilla
- Almond cream tarts -pear, blueberry, raspberry, and apple
- Boxes of cream puffs (by popular demand) – vanilla, pistachio, and coffee
- Individual pineapple and vanilla mousseline cream cakes
I will be at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market this Saturday, April 28. I plan to bring:
- Boxes of mixed small treats including Madeleines and mini Almond Cream Tarts
- Macarons – absinthe, milk chocolate with caramel, and vanilla/blueberry
- Opera – Coffee soaked cake layered with coffee butter cream and dark chocolate ganache (individual sized servings)
- Almond cream tarts – pear, apple, raspberry, and blueberry
- Boxes of mixed mini cream puffs – coffee, vanilla, chocolate, and pistachio
I will be back at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market this Saturday, April 21. I plan to bring:
- Madeleines
- Paris-Brest
- Divorcee – two cream puffs, one chocolate and one vanilla, joined together
- Almond cream tarts – apple and mixed berry
- Macarons – mango, pistachio, and rose
This is the last weekend of Winter hours. The market opens at 8am. We tend to sell out by about 10:30am. So please come early for the best selection.
This week, I plan to bring:
- Almond cream tarts – apple, pear, and raspberry
- Larger almond cream tarts to share
- Lemon Meringue tarts
- Some traditional French Easter chocolates – chocolate hens, bunnies, and fish
- Macarons – violet, vanilla, and white chocolate with raspberries
- Special edible centerpieces to present your macarons or other pastries on your table. These are made of dark chocolate shaped like a painter’s palette decorated with almond paste roses. One is shown here:

The market is still on Winter hours, so it opens at 8am. Please plan to arrive early for the best selection.
I will not be at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market during the Winter months. I plan to return to the market in April.

- St. Aude – Individual macaron cakes filled with vanilla cream and raspberries

- Vanilla eclairs
