Bonjour!

“Cecilia’s Pastries” is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Chef Cecilia Mercante makes authentic French pastries and specializes in Parisian Macarons.Cecilia moved to Southeast Michigan from France in 2004 and introduced macarons and her French pastries to the area.

She sold her pastries at the Eastern Market in Detroit for five years before moving to Ann Arbor in 2009.

She owns a commercial kitchen where she makes her pastries and teaches French Pastry and Cooking classes.  She has classes designed for professional chefs and others for amateurs who want to cook at home.

Where to buy Cecilia’s Pastries

I do not own a pastry shop where you can buy my pastries. I bake my pastries in my licensed commercial kitchen at my home, and I sell them at the Farmers Market and through Lab Cafe.

You can find a selection of my macarons at Lab Cafe in Ann Arbor.

Local Farmers Markets

I sell directly to the public at the Ann Arbor Farmers Market on Saturdays, except during the Winter months.  I will be returning to the Farmers Market in March.
