Welcome to my website. Cecilia’s Pastries is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I make authentic French pastries and specialize in Parisian Macarons. I first introduced my pastries and macarons to Southeast Michigan when I moved here from France in 2004. I sold my pastries at the Eastern Market in Detroit for five years before moving to Ann Arbor in 2009.
I own a commercial kitchen where I make my pastries and where I teach French Pastry and Cooking classes. I have pastry classes designed specifically for professional chefs and a number of French pastry and French cooking classes for amateurs who want to learn new techniques and recipes to cook at home.
