Bonjour!

“Cecilia’s Pastries” is located in Ann
Arbor, Michigan.  Chef Cecilia Mercante
makes authentic French pastries and
specializes in Parisian Macarons.

Cecilia sold her pastries at the Eastern
Market in Detroit for five years before
moving to Ann Arbor.  There, she built a
commercial kitchen where she can make
her pastries and also welcome small
groups of students (2-4 total) for
hands-on cooking classes.

Local Farmers Markets

I sell directly to the public at the Ann Arbor
Farmers Market on Wednesdays and the
Plymouth Farmers Market on Saturdays.
